This helps our property owners ensure their properties are looked after and gives you a unique, low-cost home.
We manage properties such as office buildings, factory warehouses, schools, farms, churches, police stations and ‘regular’ homes until they are sold, let, leased, renovated or demolished.
You can use this high-quality accommodation as a place to live temporarily, and as we get closer to the date of transferring the property to its owner, we will do everything we can to find other accommodation for you in our portfolio.
We need our Guardians to be:
Professional, responsible, flexible, employed, without a criminal record, without dependants and without pets.
For the interview we need to see:
A Passport, a reference from a landlord, a reference from your employer, proof of a regular income (3 consecutive bank statements) and proof of your current address (recent utility or phonebill).
When we have found a suitable living space for you, you will be asked to pay an administration fee of £150 and a (usually £500) security deposit. The monthly Guardian Licence fee guardians pay then varies according to property type, location, inclusive bills or prepay meters etc
Depending on the region that you are looking for living space in, a waiting list applies.
If you are not contacted by us immediately, it means we do not have any living space available to offer you at the moment.
